She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Studies and has obtained several licenses in the Islamic sciences of Aqeedah (Islamic Doctrine) and Firaq (Islamic Sects). While she does not claim to be a scholar, she identifies as a student of knowledge.
Qewar utilizes her background in both Islam and Christianity to deliver lectures in various religious and secular venues.
